How will my computer run crysis?

how well, what settings would it run it, how much better would it run it if i had a 8800GT?
CPU: AMD Athlon 64 X2 5000+ 2.6GHz Dual Core
Memory: 4GB DDR2-800 (2×2GB)
Hard Disk: Samsung 320GB SataII
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce 8800GTS 320MB
Optical Drive: ASUS Lightscribe Dvd Burner
